Cockburn Will Not Run Again In Umatilla County Race
In Umatilla County Washington the coming county court will feature no re elections by Judge J W Maloney or Commissioner H M Cockburn leaving H A Waterman as the lone incumbent. Both cite farming duties and time constraints with Cockburn noting east end representation should be maintained this year. Maloney says retirement is to tend his farm, denying any federal appointment interest.
