Circulation calls for complete reorganization of Golconda Caird Mines Company with a 10 cent per share assessment to bid in the property for stockholders. The 9000000 capital stock is mostly held by stockholders, and a sale by public auction is set for January 6 1905 with a proposed new company to be formed to resume operations and distribute assets after a development fund is set. The mine features a Bryan quartz mill, water rights, 400 feet of tunneling and extensive drifting, all in good condition for immediate work.
New York December 2 Mrs Chadwick defeated by creditor actions at Holland House Hotel Cleveland and other cities see writs of attachment and a request for a receiver for Chadwick securities Justice Conklin grants attachment against Mrs Chadwick property in favor of Loma & Co. Deputy Sheriff serves writ on manager Herriman to prevent property moves.
A run on the Cermin-American Bank in Huffile caused crowded deposits this morning. Former Cashier Wehpner claimed he resigned after a request from the bank officials and offered a statement to papers amid the panic. Premier Kaleo and Finance Minister Bone announced plans to borrow 390 million dollars with 225 million for next year to cover interest and standing loans.
At Zeigler pumping station in Duquoin Illinois on Dee 9 several shots were fired but no injuries or property damage were reported. Police responded and found no hits or suspects.
