Nollen Buwalda Vows Spoken In Pella Church
Edith Mae Nollen daughter of Mr and Mrs Myron Nollen of Pella married Reuben Lee Buwalda son of Mr and Mrs John M Buwalda in a double ring ceremony at the Second Reformed Church in Pella. 175 guests attended as apricot and white rose bouquets adorned the altar and pews. The bride wore a floor length Rachel lace gown with satin overskirt and chapel train, a crown of orange blossoms and seed pearls, elbow length veil, and carried apricot and white roses.

The ceremony featured Mrs Lee Nossaman as matron of honor and Carol Nollen as bridesmaid in apricot brocade dresses. Paul Buwalda served as best man and Walter D Kock as groomsman. The reception followed with a four tier cake, silver candelabra, and a traveling dress in orange. After a trip to the Black Hills the couple will live in Kirksville and attend Northeast Missouri State Teachers College. The 1982 Rozenberg family reunion was held at Edgewater Park Albert Lea with 38 relatives. plans were made to meet in Albert Lea again next year.

Debussy Piano Recital Sets Centennial Commemoration
Heber Smith of Central College will present an informal piano recital at 7:30 p.m. Thursday September 13 in the College Chapel. The program honors Claude Debussy on his birth centennial and features Estampes, Images Book I, and selections from Preludes, Book II.
