County supervisors discuss Marion County Home bonds plan
The Marion County Board of Supervisors introduced a resolution to place a county home bond issue on the November 5, 1912 ballot. They propose issuing 30,000 in coupon bonds with a maximum 2 mill annual tax levy to fund the project, to be approved by voters at regular precincts. A yellow paper ballot form and public notices via Knoxville Express are mandated.
