Pleads Guilty to Auto Theft Charge in Knoxville
James Waller pleaded guilty to the theft of automobile tires from several parties in Knoxville and Dallas. He was sentenced to thirty days in the county jail by Justice Brobst after Sheriff Edgar Clark arrested him on November 8 following missing tire reports and his confession. Two tires were taken from F A McMaster, a tire and wheel from A Vanderbilt, and a tire from Dallas resident Guy Wright.
