Farmers Invited to Conservation Field Day at Fairfield

Jefferson County hosts a soil conservation field day on Friday May 16 at the Cloyd Cornick farm located 1 ½ miles west of Fairfield on Highway 34. Demonstrations include long grass silage preparation and soil conservation farming, with lunch provided and ample parking. Supported by Jefferson County Soil Conservation in cooperation with state agencies Extension Service and the Wittenburg Garage of Pella invites area farmers to attend.
