Contract Set for New Building for Knoxville Church
The First Re formed church in Knoxville has signed a contract with M J Bi ondi and company to build the walls and roof of their new cl el. Sub-contracts will be awarded soon. The church site on Robinson street in the 1900 block was purchased last fall. The proposed church will be Russ stone constructed with Gothic architecture and will seat 200. A full basement with kitchen facilities will support church social life. Members will donate labor during construction and work starts immediately. The building is planned to be expandable for future growth of the Knoxville Express.
