Mother's Tea for Scott Ancedus 4-H Club at Joyce Ver Ploeg home
Scott Ancedus 4-H Club girls hosted a Mother's Tea at Miss Joyce Ver Ploeg's home with ten members present. Esther Brummell presided, distributing membership cards and naming delegates for Rally Day and July social. Joyce Barnes spoke on 4-H mothers, while others performed music and demonstrations. Each girl escorted her mother or a committee member to tea. pink and white decor set the scene. Also noted was a birthday anniversary celebration for Mrs. Kuiken the following day with invoking well wishes and a two-course lunch.
