June in Pella Brims with Weddings and Spring Events

In Pella's June column, the season buzzes with studies and tests, baccalaureates, and Memorial Day observances as June brings long twilights and weddings. It notes last June’s wedding family on the 16th, explains June’s tradition, and mentions a moon-themed child’s tale, a theater adaptation of Thurber’s Many Moons, and a Tulip Time memory. The piece highlights Grace Twedt’s theater troupe, a Webster Lincoln schools program, and a Central College performance of Androcles and the Lion, praising the children’s theatre and community events.
