Children of yesterday and heirs of tomorrow loom
A compact, period tone verse urging youth to persevere in labor and sorrow, with imagery of looms, shuttles, and speed. It calls for faster weaving, appreciating life and easing hardship, as the master directs the process. The fragment emphasizes work ethic and resilience without narrative details.

It explains a rubber disk tweak to stop window wash water, then details shipbuilding by modular parts, and a steamship voyage on Lake Nyanga. It recalls gas tests on birds, Mexico’s mineral wealth, and a magnetic drum telegraph display. It ends with a rubber band alarm muffler tip.

At Work with the Master at the Loom
A spiritual meditation urges labor under divine guidance as destiny and toil entwine. The speaker envisions the Lord shaping their labor like fabric, transforming despair into a purposeful design and demanding room for the divine presence in the craft.
