John W Vos 82 died December 30 1964 at Pella Community hospital with Rev Harald Hoskenbrock and Rev Henry Zavaanstra officiating. Interment Oakwood cemetery with Van Dyk Duven in charge. Born June 8 1882 in Gedren Noord Brabant Netherlands he came to America with his parents settling near Pella. Married Agnes Sjaardema October 12 1911 at Sully. Farmed near Sully and Pella then moved to Pella in 1942. Later helped at Vos Farm Equipment with his son Donald church member transfers to Second Christian Reformed Church. The Pella Chronicle January 7 1965.

Also survived by numerous brothers and sisters. Preceded by two brothers Peter M and Marinus and two infant siblings.
