Light weight, poor quality oats can profitably be fed to broad sows says C C Culbertson of Iowa State College. Inferior oats raised in Iowa in 1938 have little market value. Light oats will probably be too bulky to keep sows in condition if not properly managed.

Each boy may attend classes in more than one subject. A third day insight into how the Experiment Station analyzes problems will be provided. Livestock and crops judging contests are planned with individual championships to be selected. The junior boys 15 and younger will focus on discussions and demonstrations.
