Pella Property Partition Suit Seeks Court Action
In Marion County Iowa Cornelia Kruk by N Van liet trustee files suit against Herman Kruk and numerous co defendants heirs of Gerrit Kruk seeking partition of the East half of Lot Seven in Block Forty Pella with ownership shares to be established and sale by referee. Notice demands appearance by September 15 1910 or default and decree will follow. Proceedings set for October 3 1910 Knoxville Iowa. Also bids for Howell Station improvements announced with multiple bid categories and ten percent deposits required bids open September 6 1910.
