By order of the Lake Prairie Township Trustees Marion County Iowa a sale of 20 ten year bonds is set for May 6 1952 at 8700 o'clock p m at the American Legion Hall Pella. Bonds priced at par plus accrued interest with serial redemption from May 1 1963 to May 1 1962. Proceeds fund firefighting equipment and upkeep. Bonds bear up to 5 percent interest and are payable at the clerk of the board's office in Pella. Purchasers supply blank bonds and legal opinion satisfactory to the purchaser. No bids below par plus accrued interest will be considered.
