Mrs. Girl Gnass presided at the Pella Camp Fire and Bluebird Leaders meeting at the Legion Building with 18 leaders present. Discussions covered selling refreshments for Tulip Time to raise Heart of the Haneke Council dues, selling poppies for the Legion Auxiliary, and a float committee report. The annual Pella District Council Fire and Fair plans were formed for May 1 at 7 p.m. in Pella Community High School gym. A Play Day for prospective Bluebird girls is being planned with dates to be set soon. Miss Marilyn Boward led the program on spring craft and games, and the Women’s Federated Club meets today at 2:30 p.m. at 216 Main Street.
