Mr. Clean roams San Antonio streets in cleanup crusade
O. P. Schnabel, 81, known as Mr. Clean and Old Pushbroom, leads the Beautify San Antonio Association. He has given out thousands of glittered push brooms and pennies, posted illegal signs rewards, and patrols sidewalks to curb litter. He vows 215 million people can wipe out litter and recalls 1947 trip to Switzerland that sparked his mission.
