Reeves test wildcat in Chapman Deep Fussell fields yields 1.6 MMcf/d gas
Coquina Oil Corp at Reeves County drillsite 22 miles northeast of Atoka Fusselman area flowed 1.6 million cubic feet of gas per day on drillstem test from 13,161 to 13,325 feet with a 30 minute open hole. Water blanket surfaced in 21 minutes and initial gas rate rose to the 1.6 MMcf/d, with 2,727 feet of gas cap water and unidentified fluids recovered. The project bottomed at 13,346 feet as operator prepared to take another DST from 13,296 to 13,346 feet. Location about 1,320 feet from south and east lines of section 14, block 57, T-2, T&P survey, one mile NW of Orla.
