Pair Held for Theft in West End Texaco Burglary
Sheriff deputy charges Ronny Lynn Scott and Norbert Lynn Young with burglary and theft after a phone booth at the West End Texaco on IH 20 was broken into with a 22 250 rifle. The coin box held about 50 to 75 dollars and over 600 dollars in booth damages were reported. The pair were arrested near Sierra Blanca the same day following a second burglary at Tommy's Town truck stop.
