Training in drug abuse skills for Reeves County leader
Mrs. Bette Herring of 1825 Jackson Blvd was chosen to represent Reeves County at a five day Community Drug Education Training. The program, run Monday through Friday, aims to equip participants with community based prevention skills. Co sponsored by the Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission and the Texas Department of Community Affairs Drug Abuse Prevention Division, the event is led by Human Services Associates Inc with noted experts Rebecca Roddey Cohn Rosa Lee Brown Cecil Burns Jack Campbell Marcus Salazar Nancy Wood Tom Boyd Julius Collum Tim Covington and Roger Thies.
