Reeves County Jury Indicts 13 Suspects in Felony Cases
Reeves County Grand Jury issued thirteen indictments Friday. Seven suspects remain jailed, four free on bail, two sought by authorities. Indictments cover felony theft over 50 dollars, marijuana possession, coin machine burglary, breaking and entering, and swindle by worthless checks. Bonds range from 1,500 to 5,000 dollars. Trials ordered to docket soon.

Kincaid admits guilt to slayings
John Russell Kincaid, a Trinity University student from Fort Stockton, changed his plea to guilty in the Pecos County murder case. He admitted killing his step father J. Bert Kincaid and his mother Ann Russell Kincaid at their rural home on January 21, 1970. Formal sentencing was deferred to December 20 as he seeks probation and bonds were set at 156000.

Doctor Darrell Bell Indicted in Dope Distribution Case
