Barstow Man Dies as Pecos Rainstorm Continues
A Barstow man died in a weather related accident as a three day rainstorm soaked the Pecos area. The storm dumped .54 inches in Pecos by noon and caused several auto crashes while Texas A and M Experiment Station reported .87 inches since Saturday. The system brought flash flood warnings in Northeast Texas and scattered thunderstorms from Brownwood to San Angelo with cooler temps across the state.
