Oscar Tarango Nieto 26 died this morning at 3 30 from an apparent heart attack at his Pecos home. Justice of Peace Cliff Preslar pronounced him dead. Funeral arrangements are pending at Pecos Funeral Home. Survived by widow Maria, daughter Corina, father Victorino Nieto, and a brother and two sisters in Mexico.
