Hamilton Dies in Truck Wreck Near Pyote
W E Hamilton Sr 62 of Pecos died in a one vehicle truck crash eight miles south of Pyote on FM 1927. A passing motorist spotted the overturned tractor about 4 27 a m. Hamilton was alone and the truck failed to negotiate a curve. His body was found about 30 feet from the wreck and taken to Wilson Miller Funeral Home in Monahans.

Reyes Rodriguez of Barstow is bound over for heroin possession with $5,000 bond after deputies found substances in his car. he was initially set at $25,000.
