Mossler sued for 1.75 million in Houston case

Poer Rites Tomorrow for Nathan Poer
Funeral services for Nathan Monroe Poer 64 will be held at 4 p.m. tomorrow at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Leslie Smith and Rev. Clark Ford presiding. Interment follows at Fairview Cemetery. Poer died at Memorial Hospital at 10:20 a.m. yesterday after an illness. He was born in Toyah on August 8, 1906 and lived in the area his entire life. A World War II U S Army veteran, he worked as a truck driver for an oil distributor and was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow Etna of 301 West 13th, one daughter Kay Trantham of Lamesa, a grandson, two brothers Stanley Poer of Pecos and Truett Poer of Monahans, and two sisters M P Withers and Guy Walker, both of Pecos. Southwest Texas east of the Pecos. Fair and hot tonight and Thursday with a high of 105 and a low of 45.

Federal to Launch Cloud Seeding Amid Texas Drought
