James Clifford Moore, 32, of Balmorhea, posted a 10600 bond after arrest on marijuana possession charges in Coleman County. Nearly 2750 pounds of cultivated marijuana were seized from the E B Webb ranch field, with the crop destroyed under court order. Webb denied knowledge of the field, and the haul was valued at about 275000 cash or possibly 1 million if refined. Moore, a rancher and rodeo performer, had been indicted by a Coleman County grand jury.
