Ward County drug probe nets five arrests in two-month operation
Five suspects from Monahans and Barstow were arrested after Ward County grand jury indictments. Norman Samples and Bobby Milam, both Monahans residents, face marijuana counts with bonds up to 25 000. Manuel Salinas of Barstow faces heroin sale charges with 50 000 bonds. Tino Lujan and Ricky Beard, Monahans residents, face heroin and marijuana counts with bonds up to 200 000.
