Roadless inventory reviewed for Washington study
Southwestern Regional Forester M J Hassell sent a regional roadless and undeveloped areas inventory to Washington with minor changes from 3 633 817 acres in 188 areas. The nationwide final inventory will be announced later this month followed by public study and comment and preparation of an environmental impact statement.
