In regular meeting the Payson School Board rejected a proposal to pick up elementary students within one mile of school during bad weather. Superintendent O J Thompson cited near capacity busses and the board kept current policy as fair. The district also moved to gain title to adjacent high school land and tabled policy handbook discussions. It approved a gym use by the Chamber for Up With People and reading sessions for Title students, and accepted custodians Merrill Bell’s resignation while approving a new contract for Roger Eliquist.
