Swiss Village Inn Hit By Nearly Four-Inch Water Infiltration
Water about four inches deep flooded the Swiss Village Inn in Payson as the Payson Fire Department and U S Forest Service worked with staff to siphon it out. Witnesses said sewer drains backed up behind a plugged line. Firefighters and workers used towels and tarps to dam the water and prevent dining area damage while buckets and hoses removed water from the kitchen. No damage estimate was available.
