Residents vote to pursue disincorporation in Payson meeting
Over 300 Payson residents gathered at the junior high gym Tuesday night to back disincorporation via a petition. A committee will draft petitions for recall of the Town Council, to be circulated with the disincorporation effort. The move follows a controversial property tax levy passed by the Town Council.
