Rabid Dog Bites Little Amy Easton in Patoka
A rabid dog named Begger bit four year old Amy Easton in Patoka, injuring her neck and leading to hospitalization. Five neighbors and family members undergo a 21 day anti rabies treatment after handling Begger’s newborn puppies. Begger and her 12 pups were destroyed and Begger killed herself by leaping from a platform with a chain around her neck.
