New Blank for Auto License Plates
Secretary Charles Carpentier announced a new two part license plate form for 1958. The upper section is the application and includes an attached identification card on the back. No carbon paper is needed and typing or ballpoint pens should be used. Both pieces must be sent together to Carpentier’s office and the card will be returned with the plates. The change aims to speed mail service.
