Village Board Adopts 7900 Dollar Fiscal Appropriation

Fancy Work Club Picnic at Village Park

Winds and rain struck Tuesday around 2 30 am tearing off roofs and tree limbs. Rain totaled 0 6 inch per local gauges. Electric service halted about 3 am Wednesday and not restored by 4 30 pm leaving homes without power for refrigeration and cooking. St Louis county Belleville French Village and Muscotah suffered the worst damage amounting to thousands of dollars. Tornado warnings were broadcast but did not materialize. Lions Club Mosquito Abatement Fund Grows in May Dinner
