Everett Smithson state F F A secretary treasurer crowned her and spoke on youth as tomorrow's leaders. The Sweetheart will host at the F F A banquet and attend contests and games to foster F F A and F H A cooperation.

The Patoka Christian church Christian Endeavor group meets Sunday at 6 45 pm for study and fellowship. Fancy Work Club Meets With Mrs Eva Potts

The Ladies Fancy Work Club gathered at Mrs. Eva Potts home in Vernon on Friday February 10 with Mrs Ethel Rogier and Mrs Rebecca Matchett in charge. Prizes were awarded to Eva Potts Elsie Gray Gladys Jiones and Eunice Walraven. Patoka F F A will run a national rat and mouse control campaign February 18 to 25. Beryl Jett leads with Richard Fiscus Charles Thalman and Charles Murphy assisting. Contest offers 2000 in cash prizes and a citation plaque for outstanding effort. Local bait dealers and farmers will join with posters and baiting efforts using ready mixed warfarin cereal baits.
