Mrs. Rachel Meredith Chausse, 73, died at her home north of Sandoval Friday December 24 after a months long illness. Funeral services for Guy Chandler December 20
Guy Chandler a well known farmer east of Patoka died December 17 in St Marys hospital Centralia after a short illness. He was born January 22 1893 in Foster Oat and lived his life in the community. He married Mary Whi in 1913 and they had eight children. Survivors include his wife five sons two daughters two sisters and two step sisters. Funeral services were held at Zion Methodist Church at 2 00 p m Monday December 20 with Rev Clifton of Central City officiating. Interment followed in Jones cemetery.
