I H G Scott Injured When Spud Line Broke
H G Scott of this place was injured last week near Fairfield while working in the oil field. A spudding cable broke at the mast top and the seven-eights line fell around him, coils striking him on head shoulder and back. He received treatment at Fairfield and was moved to Centralia hospital where he remained until last Saturday. He had recovered enough to be up town Thursday.
