Mr and Mrs. Kermit Tillman of St. Louis spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Ed Foster and Edna. The Band Boosters will meet Thursday Dec 15 at 7 30 PM at the high school for a Christmas party with a musical program and candy.

Patoka’s Warriors captured their sixth straight win by defeating Breese 58 to 46 on their gym floor. Jerry Crabb led scoring with 16 points, David Sanders added 14, and Dick Adams and Dale Rutledge ten each, as the team led every quarter and finally widened the gap in the final period.

The Ladies Fancy Work Club held its Christmas party on Friday December 2 at Mrs. Roy Jones home. Entertainment was by Mrs. Clark Walraven and Mrs. Elsie Gray. Prize winners were Mesdames Homer Potts L P Busch and G W Isaac. Hostess gifts and mystery pals revealed accompanied trays with a miniature Santa. Guests included Mrs. Maude Nall and Martha Isaac.
