Wayne Bower was found not guilty by an eight to four jury in Los Angeles on charges of murdering Frank Morris, a Pagadena police department agent. Morris, a undercover officer, and Bower’s alleged accomplice were connected to a March 4 killing in Altadena. The defense claimed self defense, saying Bower believed the men were Hell's Angels. Morris was also acquitted of attempted murder against agent Raymond McCray. Morris, 29, was the first Pasofer policeman in his family.
