Temple City Chamber of Commerce will install Larry Woolverton as president at a banquet Saturday evening at the T and J Restaurant in Rosemead. The elementary rate is 2.81 and a $2,500 arson fire damaged one Woodrow Wilson School classroom. Officials discussed a Jefferson Avenue beautification project near Jefferson Intermediate, awaiting city negotiations.
The Los Angeles County Health Department announced a mobile X-ray unit will be stationed outside Citrus Health Center in West Covina. It will operate from 1 to 7 p.m. on January 14 and 28, February 1 and 25, March 1 and 25, April 8 and 22, May 13 and 27, June 10 and 24, July 6 and 22.
