Thomas Lee of Rupert fYouse The Pas earned 1000 dollars in silver ingots for contributing to Montreal’s Voluntary Tax Roll for April 1969. He was received by the City of Montreal at Chateau Champlain Helene de Champlain Pavilion and at Man and His World in La Ronde, and also visited the City of Montreal.
A Canadian instructor urges extending charity beyond local ties to global need. He cites income gaps between rich and poor nations, calls for supporting schools in Asia, hospitals in Africa, and feeding the hungry, arguing aid should empower people to develop their own resources. He signs as Anthony R. Berezowecki.

Also nominated were Thomas Mulligan public relations chair, Claudia Butler fund raising chairwoman, George Gamache programming chair, and Lawrence Whitehead finance chair.
