Bridge Club in The Pas Grows Quietly Steady
The Pas Duplicate Bridge Club started in January at Keewatin Community College and now has 53 members. The group, aiming for national master points recognition through affiliation with the American Contract Bridge League, meets Wednesdays at 7:30 in the staff lounge. Membership is 50 cents, coffee is free, and new players with basic bridge knowledge are welcome. Director Don Trottes can arrange partners by phone. Winners from weekly play are listed, highlighting Mitchell Patel, Ken Elmore, Ada Bergson, Stan Neufeld, and others across multiple sessions.
