Manitoba Government Commits to Second Northern TV Network
A three man group in Manitoba withdrew an application to provide an encoded video taped service to Flin Flon The Pas and Lynn Lake after learning the province and CTV plan to extend CTV northward. The move follows a CRTC hear ing in Toronto and aims to ensure northern Manitobans receive the same network access as Winnipeg residents.
