Parks and Rec Community Branch sponsors Creative Arts Week from August 20 to 29 in Gimli Manitoba. Courses include painting, movement, dance, pottery, sculpture, music, drawing, fibre arts, creative writing, drama and kites graphics. Gimli Centre offers sleeping quarters meals recreation areas and class sites to nurture creativity. Instruction by Manitoba personalities. Open to those with interest in the arts.
