Stocking Planned for Local Pond From Hatcheries
The pond has contained fish for years with five to six pound specimens. Mr. Schlick says stocking will come from the White shell Trout Hatchery and hopes Grand Rapids Hatchery, now under construction, can supply stock later to reduce tracking issues. Grand Rapids prey is supervised by Ken Day, formerly of The Pas.
