Uncle Delph Kendall Dies Of Heart Attack
Adolph Kendall aged 82 known as Uncle Dalpa died early Sunday morning in Iron County hospital from a heart ailment. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1 p m in the East Ward Chapel LDS Church with Gaylord Whitney presiding. Burial was in Parowan City cemetery. He is survived by a niece in Holtville California and a half brother in Casa Grande Arizona.

Mrs. Mari Laisa Coombs Taylor of Parowan Utah oldest Iron County resident celebrated her 99th birthday after a life of LDS Church service. Born May 9, 1850 in Columbus Illinois she emigrated to Utah in 1860 with the Joseph Young Company. She raised a large family in Parowan and remained active with the Relief Society as a visiting teacher.
