May Day Outing Planned for Friday May 25

The M I A activity committee prepares a big community May Day program on Friday May 25 including a Five Mile trip, fitting program, crowning May Queen, May pole braiding and other festivities. Mayor Van Guren may declare the holiday. May Queen candidates are Mrs Taylor Miller, Mrs Alfred Wilcox, Miss Fern Ruby, and Miss Pearl Ward. Queen votes cost a penny and are on sale at local stores until the 15th, when sales close.

Rambouillet Breeders 10 Meet Sets Saturday Night Session

Rambouillet Sheep Breeders will hold a meeting in the County Court house court room Saturday at 8 o clock to decide big show barn locations and address other business. Officers met yesterday to finalize actions and set the schedule. Honorary members will be approved by the association but will pay no membership dues.

The M I A Missionary Fund asks each family to contribute 25 cents to support missionaries in the field. Representatives will visit homes monthly to collect and are welcomed kindly. donors are told they will be blessed and repaid beyond the small sum.

School play to be staged May 23 under Mrs Matheson
