Nineteen students will graduate this spring from Parowan High School. Seven graduates are from Paragonah, with twelve Parowan students also earning diplomas. B U Gle Club to Perform in Parowan
Parowan residents will hear the fifty member B U glee club on Friday at 4 30 pm in the school auditorium. The group travels on a three week coast tour with afternoon stopovers only. A nominal charge is collected to defray expenses. The club is professional and will feature heads of the chorus plus guest artists. Claude Witchell, a local boy, is listed in the program.

Teachers contracts to go out April first
Contracts for re employment will be mailed to county school teachers on April 1 according to the Superintendents office. The exact number of signers was not disclosed but turnover, especially in Parewan, is expected to be smaller than in recent years. In mid April a battery of tests will be given to fifth through eighth graders statewide in arithmetic spelling grammar and language for state and district comparisons.
