Teen age drivers gain new breaks under Utah laws
Utah lawmakers enact two measures allowing under sixteen to obtain learner permits and licenses at fifteen and a half with conditions. An approved high school driver education course is required, with 30 hours classroom and 6 hours practice driving, and July first is the effective date.
