District Court Recesses After One Day Session at Parowan
District Court in Parowan recessed after a one day session. Judge Will Le Hoyt JK Keller and W Clofe Rowley presided. Hartley pled guilty to second degree burglary and was fined with sentence suspended on conditions of good behavior and surrender of liquor permit. Attorney Orville Isombe represented the defendant. The State was led by District Attorney Vietrick H. Fenton. Bench warrants may be issued if prior fines are unpaid. The Robert Munford trial date was previously set for February, no change. Civil cases and property settlements were postponed by stipulation. Court recessed to February 5 with Munford first on docket.
