City Council Holds Special Meeting
A special meeting of the city council was held Tuesday evening with city engineers Caldwell and Richards presenting final estimates for the power line extension and distribution project. Funded by a WPA grant, the program nearing completion is expected to require no more than $100 of city funds. The audit will soon finish and final grant payments will settle accounts with contractors.
